Obsession - Victoria Beckham's Head to Toe Black Ensemble at Heathrow

Victoria Beckham at Heathrow Airport

When it comes to Victoria Beckham I'm in two mind sets - sometimes she looks absolutely amazing and other times she just comes off looking like a trashy bimbo who is missing a few brain cells. I've shuddered a few times seeing her reality show when she first moved to LA and some of the editorials and campaigns (Remember her in the paper bag in the Marc Jacobs campaign? What the hell was with that???). However, I rather like her clothing & accessories label and her book titled "That Extra Half Inch Inch". Some have questioned whether the line and book are really her own doings. If I knew for sure that they were, then I think I would be forced to retract my previous comment on her being a bit of a bimbo.

I saw one of the above images in a Who Magazine which was lying around the office at work and googled it straight away to find more images. Beckham is pregnant with her 4th child in this pic yet I hardly think you can tell. I'm quite a fan of the head to toe black look. I'm equally of fan of over the knee boots, black tights and sleek blazer. They are staple pieces in my wardrobe. Her Brian Atwood boots and a bag from her own line are gorgeous. Winter wardrobe checklist - tuxedo blazer, basic black top and leggings & a pair of killer suede boots please!

Fashionistas Olivia Palermo and Bianca Brandolini D'Adda

I've been obsessing over these pics since I first saw them a couple of weeks ago during my uni exams. Olivia Palermo's and Bianca Brandolini D'Adda's outfits are beyond fabulous. I always love getting fashion inspiration which I can transcend into my own look - usually I'm attracted to glamourous haute couture and can therefore only dream! I love Olivia's ensemble - the black skinny jeans, the blazer, the fur vest, the crocodile clutch and those super cute ballet flats. The perfect fur vest is on my list for next years autumn/winter (We are currently having our Summer in Aus). Thankfully, I can incorporate black skinny jeans, ballet flats & and the perfect brown clutch now. I've been meaning to buy all these items for a while now and these pic are further affirmation that I need them! Olivia's look is classic, yet on trend, whilst maintaining street cred. As much as I found her personality annoying on The City, I can't help but be fascinated by her style. The girl is a master at mixing designer, high street & vintage. Bianca's look is less polished but still fantastic - ahh I want her sun-kissed looking hair & her Peekaboo Fendi Bag. I'm a big fan of taupe coloured scarves too. I've worn my silk Oroton one to death! I want to look this chic on my coffee date catch-ups with friends....

It Girl of the Moment - Clemence Poesy

French actress Clemence Poesy is on a roll this year - playing Eva, the girl who nursed Chuck Bass back to health after being attacked in Gossip Girl, and reappearing in the latest Harry Potter film, Hp7 Part 1 as Fleur Delacour. Not to mention featuring in the new Chloe fragrance campaign. She is a natural beauty, with a sweet nature about her, and a fabulous wardrobe of course. Her style is rather effortlessly chic - sweet girly dresses, blazers & jeans, teamed with her beautiful slightly wavy, golden hair & fair complexion.

Swimsuit Sensation - Adriana Degreas | Sao Paulo Fashion Week

One morning, having a lazy breakfast while watching FTV (joy of being a student), I came across this fabulous Brazilian swimsuit designer Adriana Degreas. My jaw dropped as I watched these fantastic creations come down the Sao Paulo Fashion Week runway. The silhouettes are incredibly flattering, complete with high-waisted numbers and sheer & cover-ups. The colour palette is incredibly sophisticated and chic consisting of shades of nude, black and silver. And there are a variety of textures too - silky lycra, sequins, sheer panels and ruffles, not to mention that fantastic black embroidery on the nude number above.

Wow! Loving these cover-ups.

 Stunning!

Blazer adds sophistication

Gossip Girl in Paris ♥

Last night I watched the season 4 premiere of Gossip Girl titled "Belle de jour" over a cup of tea, snuggled up in bed. I must say I loved it! After all, how could anyone not like anything set in Paris, the most cultural and stylish city in the world? I squealed in excitement as I watched Blair & Serena take the streets of Paris in their incredibly chic summer ensembles, shop in the world's most luxurious stores and dine in beautiful Parisian cafes. Not to mention an appearance by Lou Doillon - she is so cool! Let's admit it, the story lines for the show are absolutely insane - Dan becoming a father, Chuck rescued by an Eastern European beauty, Blair going on a date with a prince of Monaco and Nate being stalked by some crazy new girl. But I don't care. I'll be honest, the thing I love about the show the most is checking out the girl's clothes.... and Chace Crawford isn't exactly hard on the eyes either.

Check out season 4's premiere trailer:
Nancy's Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made for Walking" goes so well with this!

Their hats are super cute

Cupcakes :)

Gorgeous Summer Outfit - especially the green maxi

Loving Serena's gold blazer & hair

Lou Doillon!

Can't wait to see what happens to these fashionable NY socialites this season (or which designer clothes they'll be wearing!)

Blog Crush: Columbine Smille

I saw pics of swedish blogger, Columbine Smille, on Knightcat & Wildfox and just had to check out her blog. She is an assistant fashion stylist and her style is undoubtedly impeccable. She ticks all my boxes - on-trend, original, a little eccentric and effortlessly chic. Her wardrobe is amazing - lots of denim, basic t-shits, tailored pieces, fantastic sandals & boots and chic dresses, with the perfect amount of colour (wine & pinks seem to be her favs).  I just wish there was an English translation of her blog so I could actually understand what this amazing fashionista is writing! Nevertheless, her pics are filled with loads of fashion inspiration. Here are some of my fav looks of hers:

Red heels

Love the grey and that leather jacket is the most amazing shade of grey/olive/brown

So chic!

Perfect summer look - loving the magenta!

Love the olive jersey skirt & espadrille boots

Gorgeous velvet heels glam up an otherwise casual look

Summer evening outfit perfection :)

Love it!
