Lynn Xiong

THE mother of Chinese model-cum-actress Lynn Xiong was unhappy with the HK$800,000 (RM314,356) dowry offered by artiste Aaron Kwok to marry her daughter, China Press reported.
It was speculated that Kwok, 45, and 30-year-old Xiong had planned to tie the knot this year.
Earlier this month, Xiong and her mother were spotted meeting Kwok in Hong Kong supposedly to discuss wedding plans.
An insider said her mother wanted a higher dowry and demanded that a wedding banquet also be held in her Nanjing hometown in China.
Kwok, however, stood by his decision to give only HK$800,000. The mother was seen leaving unhappily.
When approached, both the mother and Xiong refused to talk to reporters.
Among female celebrities in Hong Kong, Michelle Reis was paid the highest dowry when she married Julian Hui in 2008. Her parents received HK$3.8mil (RM1.5mil).
Actor-cum-singer Ronald Cheng gave HK$1.9mil (RM746,600) to Charlene Choi's mother when the couple got married in 2006. They, however, divorced last year. Cantopop singer Miriam Yeung's parents received HK$990,000 (RM389,016) from her husband Real Ting.

Archana Singh

This is one news likely to break a million hearts. Olympic bronze medallist boxer Vijender Singh, known as much for his powerful punches as for being a heartthrob, has been knocked out by love. After a series of denials, Vijender has finally admitted he is all set to marry "long-time friend" Archana Singh, who is Delhi-based, at his village Kaluwas in Bhiwani on May 17. Arrangements for the wedding are already underway and the reception is scheduled for May 18.
The 25-year-old Vijender, known as 'India's David Beckham' abroad, returned on Sunday after winning a bronze in the Arafura Games, and says he and Archana, 23, decided to take the plunge just a few days back. "It's a new chapter of my life and I am obviously excited. It's a bout in which loss is victory. After thinking over it for a long time, both of us decided to get married. It is a private occasion and I hope my privacy is respected," Vijender told TOI on Sunday. His father Mahi Pal Singh, agreeing that the match was a "hush-hush" affair, added: "Both have been friends for quite some time now. In keeping with his wishes we have given our consent to the love marriage."
Wedding cards have already been sent out to "very few near and dear ones". Vijender's coaches and fellow campers at NIS Patiala got the invite only on Sunday after Vijender's return from Australia, where he won in the 81kg category for the first time.
Presently working in the British Embassy in Delhi, Archana is the daughter of a Congress activist, Surinder Singh, from Muzaffarnagar in UP. Coach Gurbax Singh said, "Vijender called up today morning to invite me for the wedding. His friends and fellow boxers are eagerly waiting for the party. I wish him all the best in a new phase of his life."
"We want to keep it a low-key affair," Vijender's father said.

Veteran designer Amir Adnan has just resigned from his post as the CEO of the Karachi-based council, Fashion Pakistan (FP). To be honest, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Adnan came on board six months ago, faced with sorting through the council’s monumental pile of pending paperwork and while dealing with the rampant insecurities and ego-clashes within the council, pull off a fashion event. Daunting tasks, both, and Adnan, after trying his best, decided that he was better off resigning.
For the boggled – and it’s easy to get confused by our multiple fashion weeks, councils and sporadic grand declarations made by each council’s reigning members – here’s a quick run through Pakistan’s nefarious fashion politics. The Pakistani fashion industry, though small, has a whopping four fashion councils vying to represent its needs. Two of these councils are relatively new. One is the Pakistan Fashion Council (PFC), which doesn’t really have any council members from the fashion fraternity – just stylist Tariq Amin manfully using his considerable clout and experience to organize entire fashion extravaganzas. PFC held its first fashion week earlier this year in Islamabad. Then, just recently, we’ve been besieged by news of a fashion council having been formed in Peshawar. The National Fashion and Arts Council (NFAC) plans to highlight fashion, local handicrafts, arts and culture from the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa region – a grueling challenge to take on in a province where a large proportion of the women opt to spend their entire lives under the veil.
The two older, more prominent fashion councils have their roots in Pakistan’s two competing fashion capitals – Karachi and Lahore. The Karachi-based FP started off with high hopes. More than a year ago, the council pulled off Fashion Pakistan Week 2, featuring some of Pakistan’s best designers on the ramp and managing to earn a mention in the venerated September issue of Vogue. However, since then, the council has failed to deliver. Meanwhile, the Lahore-based PFDC, headed by the indomitable Sehyr Saigol, has breezed on ahead pulling off one fashion event after another, right on schedule, drawing international media coverage and attracting local and international retailers. Designer brands such as FnkAsia, Adnan Pardesy, Rizwanullah and Zaheer Abbas had hitherto been a part of FPW2. This spring, though, faced with the Karachi council’s continuous delays, they opted to showcase their work on the PFDC ramp instead, to much acclaim. Furthermore, Rizwan Beyg, ex-CEO of FP, was responsible for the styling of the FnkAsia show at the recent PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week. Other major Karachi designer-brands like Teejays by Feeha Jamshed, Sadaf Malaterre and Khaadi by Shamoon Sultan have always preferred the PFDC platform simply because it has always had its act together.
Owner of Pakistan’s largest multi-label store, Labels, Zahir Rahimtoola puts the matter in a nutshell by saying, “The PFDC may be autocratic and may have its own internal issues but at the end of the day, it delivers on time and that’s what really matters rather than whether the designers are from Karachi or Lahore!”
His sentiments are echoed by Amir Adnan. “It’s high time that we stop defining fashion and fashion weeks as Karachi or Lahore-based,” he says. “Fashion weeks are meant to benefit the entire fashion community and not a particular city. This year, with quite a few designers from Karachi participating in the PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week, the event was representative of Pakistani fashion rather than of just Lahore.”
But putting aside the eternal Karachi-Lahore debate, Amir Adnan’s departure from the CEO post has us wondering whether FP will really ever be able to organize another fashion week or will the council slowly dissolve into oblivion. Although the miffed board-members of Fashion Pakistan will probably beg to differ, this new turn of events may actually work out well for Pakistani fashion as a whole. Designers may finally realize the ease and convenience of working as one, united fashion council. Not a man to mince his words, Adnan lays out the bare facts, “The Pakistani fashion industry is relatively new and our designers don’t, as yet, have huge production capacities. There’s no point in over-exposing them through multiple fashion weeks organized by multiple councils. One council is more than enough to bring in business for Pakistani fashion. The PFDC, so far, has been doing a good enough job and I support them. They have good leadership and a solid, efficient infrastructure.”
Meanwhile, Adnan cites quite a few problems within FP that are hindering the council from operating efficiently. “Fashion Pakistan is a Public Limited Company and it is necessary for it to maintain a certain level of paperwork. When I took on my post as CEO, I set a six-month long deadline for myself to salvage the council. But with no manpower to assist me and absolutely no resources, I just couldn’t manage. Other than this, the council is rife with internal conflicts. How can any organization operate in this manner?”
Adnan’s departure has left Karachi’s long-dormant fashion council floundering for a new CEO. “We will decide on the appointment of a new CEO after a board members’ meeting,” hedges FP’s Chairperson, designer Shamaeel Ansari. “Till then, we really can’t say anything.”
Moving away from the Karachi-Lahore council wars, we have the recently formed PFC, a quiet contender. With just one fashion week to its credit, it will take some time for the PFC to establish its importance. According to Adnan, in fact, the council would serve a much better purpose as a trade body for Pakistani fashion and retail brands. “This way, PFC will be benefiting the industry without crossing paths with the other one – or multiple – fashion councils,” he explains.
While PFC gears up for a fashion week tentatively scheduled for October and the PFDC endeavors to enter the bridal couture market, FP trundles on for the time being. The council’s governing board includes fashion bigwigs like Maheen Khan, Shamaeel, Deepak Perwani, Safinaz Munir, Honey Waqar and Sabeen Ameer Ali. For now, the next FP-orchestrated fashion week is yet to be announced while the well-organized PFDC continues to effectively pave inroads for the business of Pakistani fashion. But who knows, the Karachi-based council may eventually manage to get its act together.
The question remains, though, whether it really needs to go through the entire rigmarole? At the risk of sounding repetitive, we have to say it again: why not just one council for one small, fledgling Pakistani fashion industry?

Mallika Sherawat Cannes

Mallika Sherawat managed to walk the red carpet at the 64th Cannes Film Festival. Fresh out of her pristine white outfit she wore to the White House, the actress donned a black lace dress (a cross between a Halloween costume and a bondage dress) showing off her undies on Saturday night.

However, the eyeballs she planned on grabbing were already focussed on Playboy model Candice Boucher who walked in a transparent gown covering her vitals in lace flowers and leaving little to the imagination.
"Mallika was pretty excited about her red carpet walk. Much like her excitement over meeting the President and getting invited to the White Houseand meeting Scarlett Johansson and so on and so forth.

Her red carpet entry was also publicised to well (some very efficient Marketing professionals we already are aware of, need to be thanked here). She thought she'd blow everyone's mind with her entry. However, it turned out to be quite the opposite.

Mallika did wear a revealing outfit with her undergarments quite visible but it was Candice Boucher who walked in minutes before her in a see through gown and the photographers went berserk.

Candice was walking the red carpet since her film Azaan was to be showcased. She walked in with director Prashant Chaddha and the lead actor of the film Sachin Joshi. Mallika was obviously fuming but what could one do," informed our source from the event.
Although Mallika remained unavailable for comments, her spokesperson said, "Nothing like this happened."

However Sachin Joshi, the lead actor along with whom Candice entered said, "Candice's outfit did create a stir because it was quite controversial and many eyebrows were raised."

Cassidy

Hackensack Police Emergency Response Team officers arrested a Jersey City hip-hop artist and emcee Saturday afternoon in Hackensack on a “high risk” warrant from Philadelphia where he is a suspect in a murder and two attempted murders
Rapper Cassidy, whose real name is, Barry Reese, was considered “armed and dangerous,” is also wanted on a probation violation charge in Philadelphia. As the rapper shopped in a local convenience store, an undercover officer entered to identify him. Once the officers were positive the man was Reese, ERT officers conducted a felony motor vehicle stop once the rapper left the store, said Hackensack police Lt. Timothy Lloyd, and took him into custody without incident, NorthJersey.com reported.
The paper reported that the music artist was surprised by his arrest, but no one was injured during the course of the arrest and that the arresting officers did an outstanding job, said Lloyd.
Philadelphia Police warrant squad contacted Hackensack Police Saturday morning informing the department of their warrant for the 28-year-old's arrest. They knew from a previous arrest that he lived in Hackensack, so the ERT team was called in along with the Hackensack police department’s Juvenile Bureau to surveil Reese’s Reilly Court home, 24HourHipHop.comreported.
This is not the 28-year-old Pennsylvania native's first brush with the law. In April 2005, Reese and three men armed with an AK-47 variant rifle, 9 mm and .45 and .40 caliber handguns opened fire on three unarmed men in a Northwest Philadelphia neighborhood killing one and injuring two, reported MTV.
Philadelphia police charged the rapper with murder, attempted murder, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, conspiracy and weapons possession. Reese later stood trial on third degree murder, attempted murder and weapons charges after the prosecutions star witness recanted his confession.
On January 25, 2006, the Gangster rap artist was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime. According to MTV News, he was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in prison with credit for the seven months he served while awaiting trial, and probation. After serving eight months, Reese was released from Pennsylvania's Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility on March 2, 2006.
Seven months after his release from prison, Reese was seriously injured when a commercial truck slammed into an SUV he was riding in. He awoke from a medically induced coma eight days later at the Jersey City Medical Center, with a fractured skull and several broken bones to the left side of his face, MTV News reported. He recovered and released his third album, “B.A.R.S. The Barry Adrian Reese Story,” in 2007.
According to Billboard.com, the album debuted at #10 top 200, selling 63,000 copies within the first week. The album features songs about his accident and his prison stint, as well as his relationship with God. His well known single from his 2005 “I’m a Hustla” album, peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop charts.
Reese is currently being held at the Bergen County Jail Annex awaiting extradition back to Philadelphia.

Sonam Kapoor Cannes 2011

Indian films may not be a talking point at Cannes but fashion always is.
All eyes will be on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor & Freida Pinto this year as they will light up the Red Carpet for L'Oreal Paris at the Cannes Film Festival to be held from the 11th รข€“ 22nd of May 2011. It is for the first time that L'Oreal Paris will have 3 spokeswomen representing India at Cannes!
The trio is interesting since all three are unique in their own way.
Ash is a Cannes veteran of sorts as its her 10th year at Cannes this year. Freida Pinto already enjoys fair amount of recognition in the west while Sonam is undoubtedly one of the best dressed actresses we have in India.
Amongst the three, classy yet conventional Ash often gets flak at Cannes for her dress choice though the actress remains India's most beautiful and global face. An experimental Sonam on the contrary is tagged as the 'most stylish' by fashion experts and thus would be a delight to watch the women strut their stuff on the red carpet.
On 15th May, we will see Sonam Kapoor dazzling the red carpet of Cannes for the very first time. If you are as excited to know what the young style icon is planning to wear at the festival, read on!
A friend close to Sonam exclusively revealed to TOI, "Sonam is all set to sport a vintage look at Cannes 2011. She swears by vintage clothing and she is thinking about sporting the 20's & 50's look. Also she won't be wearing Indian clothes at the red carpet...no saris and no anarkalis for Sonam. She has few designers in mind like Valentino, Roberto Cavalli and Indian designers like Anamika Khanna and Masaba Gupta. She would be zeroing in on her final outfits soon."
Sonam Kapoor said, "It has always been my dream to walk the red carpet at Cannes and it is soon going to be a reality thanks to L'Oreal Paris. I look forward to meeting actors and film makers from the world over and attending screenings of some interesting films. But what excites me the most is meeting the L'Oreal Paris international dream team of make-up artistes and seeing how they transform me for one of the most glamorous red carpets in the world."

Danielle Staub

“Housewives of New Jersey” star, Danielle Staub is reportedly dating Kim Kardashian’s ex.
Popeater first reported that Staub, 48, who left ‘Housewives’ after two explosive seasons, was photographed locking lips with the ‘Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business’ star, 30.
The Stirreported that the Ray J/Staub hook up rumors heated up when the two were caught kissing at the LA hotspot, Lemon Basket.
They reportedly met while Staub was promoting her new reality show. According to Popeater, although she walked away from her role on ‘Housewives,’ Staub can’t seem to part with reality TV and was recently spotted filming a VH1 reality show along with Heidi Montag and other reality stars.
The reality show Staub will be in is about starting up a restaurant business. The new food reality series will feature seven celebrities who are given the opportunity to launch a West Hollywood restaurant. Joining Staub include, Heidi Montag, Jake Pavelka, DJ Paul, Juicy “J”, Ashley Dupre and Vincent Pastore. Together the group will be challenged to renovate the location, create the menu and more. Right now, word is VH1 has given the project ten episodes with a fall premiere planned.
Earlier this year ABC reported that Staub would be leaving the reality show that made her famous. The network announced that the fire-starter on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” would not be returning to the show. Throughout the tumultuous second season, Staub enraged Caroline Manzo, her sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita and family friend Teresa Giudice, though Staub seemed to make amends at the end of Monday’s reunion episode.
What can we expect from the two that each had their own sex tapes leaked? Well E Canada hints that celebrity gossip websites are buzzing with news of a potential Staub and Ray J sex tape but said that nothing has really surfaced to prove that one exists, but the reason for the commotion is definitely worth talking about.

Jodie Foster

Wit her blonde hair and adorable smile, its easy to see why Jodie Foster was such a success as a child actress.
But as a three-year-old she wasn't quite the polished performer she would grow up to become.
In a scene from the Doris Day Show, filmed back in the late Sixties, the young Foster can be seen unselfconsciously picking her nose.
Foster worked in TV and film from a young age, landing her first role at the age of three as the star of a Coppertone suntan-lotion commercial.
She was reminded of her child stardom last night as Jay Leno dug out some vintage footage from the archives.
In return the actress had the chatshow host recoiling in horror as she showed him a photo of her swollen red-rimmed eye.
'It's real,' she told him, as he joked the picture was a scene from a horror film.
The 48-year-old mother-of-two revealed she came down with the infection while shooting a film in France.
'I got some terrible, disgusting, bad, nasty eye infection,' she said.
'It was really gross. I went to work, I'd had some kind of a throat infection. I couldn't open my eyes, they wouldn't unstick - it was so gross. '
Leno then showed Foster footage of her as a child actress on the Doris Day Show when she was aged just three.
The actress is currently promoting her film The Beaver, which she directs and stars in.
The film also stars shamed actor Mel Gibson, an old friend of Foster's.

Madhuri Dixit

Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit Nene turns a year older today and as the 'Dhak Dhak' gal rings it in with family — hubby Shriram Nene and kids Arin and Ryan back home in Denver — she reveals that what makes the day special for her is being able to spend it with her loved ones. "It's the kids and my family who make the day so special for me. The kids usually gift me hand-made cards which I think are the best gifts a mum could ever get," she shares excitedly over the phone.
Last year around, the actor had a surprise party thrown by some close friends and she says that she's looking forward to what the day brings ahead today. "As of now, we're planning to have a family dinner to celebrate it."
Needless to say, the actor will be inundated with calls all day long from her friends here in the city, but she reveals that not many are from Bollywood. "I don't have too many friends of the kind who've kept in touch, but it's a different story on my visit to Mumbai. Then Bollywood feels like family and I'm so grateful for that," she says. So, is Bollywood on her birthday wish-list? "Not really. Why only on birthdays, films are always on my wish-list," she laughs. So, when are we seeing her on the big screen. "Hopefully soon. As of now we are working out dates for my next trip to Mumbai for my small screen venture. But nothing on the big screen yet."
Looking back at her journey so far, she says there are no regrets. "I look back at the way I've lived my life with a lot of pride. I did the kind of work I enjoyed, won fans, met the right man, d I married and had kids — It's been a fulfilling life and I'm proud that it was all on my terms," she smiles.

Stevie Wonder

Stevie Wonder
It’s already a great feeling to graduate from college, so just imagine adding in an impromptu performance by the legendary Stevie Wonder! The iconic musician received an honorary degree from Tulane University in New Orleans yesterday, and surprised his fellow graduates at the commencement ceremony by first joining in with the planned music, and then playing “You Are the Sunshine of My Life” for the crowd.
The Associated Press reported on the surprise event, where Nobel Laureate Walter Gilbert and award-winning journalist Cokie Roberts also received degrees, along with the 2,300 other students.
As Michael White’s Original Liberty Jazz Band and singer Topsy Chapman performed “Do You Know What It Means to Miss New Orleans,” Stevie chimed in with his harmonica to the delight of those assembled, and recited words of a new song, “Ten Billion Hearts.”

Tom Sizemore

Tom Sizemore
A woman who was living off and on with actor Tom Sizemore in a luxury high-rise Los Angeles apartment has been missing for the past month and a half, police say.

Sizemore, 49, who's been interviewed by detectives and has been cooperative, is not a suspect in the missing-person case, LAPD Det. Carmine Sasso tells PEOPLE.

Actress Megan Lacy Wren, 25, was last seen in the downtown L.A. area on March 31. Although some have described her as his girlfriend, Sizemore told Det. Sasso that she was just a friend, while the actor's manager outright dismisses any claims of a romantic involvement between the two.

The woman's father, Bill Wren, told CBS News that his daughter had been working for the actor as his assistant. Sizemore "indicated that he didn’t know where she was," Bill Wren said.

The Wren family "is very concerned about Megan's unexplained disappearance, especially given the fact that she has a serious medical condition and is in need of medical care," according to a police statement.

Bill Wren added that his daughter has struggled with substance abuse and was recently hospitalized for a serious staph infection. A police handout with various photos of Megan included several of her mugshots from prior arrests.

Sizemore, who's battled drug addiction for years, was convicted of assaulting girlfriend Heidi Fleiss in 2003 and has since been in and out of jail on various drug-related offenses. Last year, the actor was a cast member on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Megan Wren is described as a Caucasian female with brown hair, brown eyes, 5'1" tall, weighing 110 lbs., with a slim build and light complexion.

Speaking to ABC News, Sizemore's manager Charles Lago, said Wren "was absolutely not [Sizemore's] girlfriend," despite a report that the two were romantically involved. "He has absolutely nothing to hide," Lago said.

The manager added that he personally removed Wren from his client's apartment on April 25 after learning Sizemore was involved in trying to assist her.

Matthew Perry

Matthew Perry
Actor Matthew Perry, who has struggled with addiction in the past, said he’s returning to a treatment facility to continue his recovery.
“I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web,” the “Friends” alum said in a statement .
Perry spent time in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction in 1997 and 2001. He currently stars on the ABC show, “Mr. Sunshine.”

Anna Kournikova

ANNA Kournikova has put her mansion on the market for $9.4 million.
The former tennis star has decided to sell her seven-bedroom Miami property in Sunset Island, sparking rumors she could be set to move in with singerEnrique Iglesias, who she has been in a relationship with for nearly 10 years.
The luxury house was built in 2000 and contains a covered entertainment area, outdoor swimming pool, a boat dock and outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
Other features of the mansion include a coral rock pool deck surrounding the pool and a two-storey guest house with a kitchen and separate living space.
Although speculation is rife Anna, 29, and Enrique, 36, are getting ready to set up home together the blonde beauty always remains tight-lipped on their relationship.
When Anna was asked last year whether she and the singer were planning on marrying in the future, she said, “Not really, no. We’re fine. What’s the point if you’re happy anyway?”

Ashton Kutcher

Ashton Kutcher is CBS' new Man, replacing fired Charlie Sheen as the star of TV's top-rated comedy Two and a Half Men.
CBS and Warner Bros., which produces the show, today will announce that Kutcher will fill a new, undisclosed role in a one-year deal for the show's ninth season, expected to consist of about 24 episodes. Men's future was in jeopardy when Sheen was fired earlier this year after a history of substance abuse, erratic behavior and public tirades against his bosses.
Though plans to hire Hugh Grant, 50, fell apart in recent days when the film star passed on a role in the show, Kutcher was on a list of other prospects and was said to have been suggested by CBS programming chief Nina Tassler. (Kutcher's production company, Katalyst, already has a deal with Warner Bros. to produce reality series and other projects.)
"I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team, and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes," Kutcher said in a statement. "I can't replace Charlie Sheen, but I'm going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!"

  • STORY: Ashton, Demi discuss sex slavery fight with USA TODAY

It's no secret why the show is continuing, even without Sheen: CBS has no other current Monday show that's strong enough to become the 9 p.m. ET/PT anchor of its top-rated block and was loathe to move The Big Bang Theory from Thursday, where it was successfully relocated last fall to establish a new comedy beachhead.
And Warner Bros. stands to reap millions in syndication fees: Men has already been sold to broadcast stations for next season, while a separate deal with FX extends through a possible 10th season. Many of those contracts do not contain so-called "key man" clauses that require Sheen's appearance.
One executive involved in the negotiations expects Kutcher, 33, a charismatic actor with a big female fan base, to bring a younger audience to the show. The executive says the show's producer, Chuck Lorre, felt comfortable with Kutcher as a stand-in for Sheen's cad Charlie Harper, though he will play a different character.
"We are so lucky to have someone as talented, joyful and just plain remarkable as Ashton," Lorre said in a statement. "Added to that is the deep sigh of relief knowing that our family stays together. If I was any happier, it'd be illegal."
A seamless transition is "not a slam dunk," says analyst Brad Adgate of ad firm Horizon Media. "I don't know that he's a TV star of the magnitude that Charlie Sheen has been, but it's worth a shot." Adgate expects a big tune-in for Kutcher's debut but after that, "We're going to know real quick" if the plan peters out or is an acceptable alternative. "It's really a pressure cooker."
The actor started his career as a model, but got his showbiz start at 20 with a role as dimwitted Kelso on Fox hit That '70s Show, which ran for eight seasons. He has since gone on to star in several movies, mostly romantic comedies, married Demi Moore, and began a side hobby on Twitter, where he's amassed more than 6 million followers and teased the news late Thursday by asking, "What's the square root of 6.25?"
As for Sheen, who just a few weeks ago implied he was in talks to reclaim his old job? Uncharacteristically, his spokesman issued a terse:"No comment."

Adrianne Curry

According to “Zap 2 It,” the inaugural winner of “America’s Next Top Model,” Adrianne Curry, will take once more to the television in a series called “Celebrity Sex Tales” appearing on the Playboy Channel. In the meantime while Adrianne was promoting the show on the Howard Stern Show this morning, things quickly switched gears as Stern made the interview more about “behind the scenes” and under the sheets which listeners were more concerned with. It seems she has been tweeting pictures of herself, well quite frankly all of herself, in a frantic search for attention. Is she not going to get enough attention with the “Sex Tales” audience as she plasters her relationship with husband, Christopher Knight (Peter Brady) across the screen? Maybe not, but popularity may come at a shocking price when her relationship with an ex-boyfriend from her hometown becomes news in one of the episodes since the former flame is unaware of the inclusion in her expose as announced in the article by Sophie Schillaci.
It’s really sad to see such a beautiful face being manipulated and warped into such a desperate desire for attention as to allow the privacies of one’s married life to be exposed to the public sector (even if it paid for by subscription to the Playboy Channel)! Does this make it less sleazy? The Howard Stern Show may have been more about what is happening between the sheets with husband Christopher Knight (who is apparently not providing enough action for Adrianne), but it was Perez Hilton who got her to comment on her own experience with bi-sexuality in a five minute video posted on YouTube for the “It Will Get Better” project!
The video was an absolute joke. I listened through the entire video which seemed more like just another pitch for attention than a truly heart-to-heart commentary about the issues faced by teenagers trying to understand and deal with public stigmatization of being homosexual. It was amazing how many “F” bombs were dropped by this idiot who is trying to appeal to kids on a level which would be considered worthy of role modeling. I am completely behind this project and what it represents for youth struggling with identity problems and looking for role models who have dealt with similar situations who have come out ahead of the game giving positive support to face and accept who you are. Adrianne Curry, however, is not one of those faces for positive role model emulation! Let’s hope this train-wreck is not what was behind the intentions of Tyra Banks when she decided to create “America’s Next Top Model.” I would hate to see the newest candidates competing follow a similar path to destruction!

Chelsea Handler

Chelsea Handler has finally confirmed her worst kept secret - she enjoyed a romance with rapper 50 Cent.
The 36-year-old opened up about her private life during an interview with Piers Morgan on CNN last night while promoting her new book, Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me.
'We dated, very casually,' E! network TV host, who is now dating hotelier Andre Balazs, said.
'He's a very sweet, nice guy... I was sampling, kind of, the atmosphere, seeing what was out there, and I was satiated.'
She continued: 'He's a great guy... he's the complete antithesis of what you'd imagine. He's a sweetheart, he's great, he's funny, he has a great sense of humour.'
The pair refused to confirm they were dating each other last year, but she did regularly tease fans with pictures and comments that fuelled the rumours.
At one point, Handler tweeted: 'I don't know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper,' while posting a photo of the two in bed.
Handler is said to have dumped the rapper late last year and insiders claimed the he sent her gifts to win her back but Handler returned them with a note that said: 'I can buy my own gifts.'
When quizzed about those rumours by Morgan, Handler responded: 'I don’t like when men buy me ridiculous gifts and I don’t know them well, I can buy my own gifts.'
Handler was in a relationship with Ted Harbert, CEO of Comcast Entertainment, from 2006 to 2010 before dating Animal Planet star, Dave Salmoni in 2010.
Handler has been dating Balazs, who is Uma Thurman's ex, for four months.

But while it's over now, there's no animosity between the two. Even if she didn't like his gifts.
