



Handcrafted furniture. Three students from the Art Institute of Chicago including owner Brandon Phillips started this company.
Almost all of the wood comes from waste/recycled sources/timber found in local woods and the mahogany is the waste from a national guitar manufacturer. The crew work in renovated/heat insulated early-19th century barns in the woods of upstate NY-being in the forest provides extra timber without the need of harmful commercial logging. They use their saw dust/scraps to heat their workspace, and have installed large windows to reduce the lighting (energy) needs. This sustainable process has reduced their production waste by about 90% compared to their Brooklyn shop.
