Happy Skirt Day in Eau Claire!

Alright it's been three straight days of nice weather here in Eau Claire, and I think today is the day where girls wear their finest sun dresses in large numbers.  It's one of my favorite days of the year, right up there with Opening Day, Christmas, my birthday, and the Super Bowl.   I feel like the only way to reward you all is put up a helluva picture from Ms. Kate Upton, a rising star in the swimsuit group. Personally, she has moved in the top five hottest, yeah I said it.  -Charlie
